Anthropology is a “I ” and “others ” identity career. The possible problem of this identification is based on the semiotic interpretation of anthropology by Claude Levi-Strauss into the questioning of “meaning ”, and by introducing the structural analysis of linguistics, eventually In the “structure ” level to achieve “I ” and “others ” the same. The expression of the same identity as the subject means that the subject has undergone special changes in the anthropology of Levi-Strauss. The analysis of Levi-Strauss’s mythology shows that the subject is finally ended in a kind of mental determinism. Transforming all this into the area of legal anthropology, Levi-Strauss’s interpretation of the totem group’s extramarital laws reveals a clear revelation of the semiotics of legal anthropology.
