1991年7月13日,《澳门特别行政区基本法》起草委员会第7次全体会议通过了《澳门特别行政区基本法(草案)征求意见稿》,并决定在澳门和内地广泛征询各界人士的意见。该《征求意见稿》的公布,标志着《澳门特别行政区基本法》的起草工作跨入了一个新的阶段,它是全体起草委员相互合作、辛勤劳动的结晶。为了使读者更全面地了解该《征求意见稿》,我们特发表此稿,供大家参考。
On July 13, 1991, the 7th Plenary Meeting of the Drafting Committee of the “Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region” adopted the Draft of the Basic Law (Draft) for Consultation in the Macao Special Administrative Region, and decided to widely consult people from all walks of life in Macao and the Mainland. The publication of the “Draft Comment” marks that the drafting of the “Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region” has stepped into a new phase. It is the crystallization of the all-drafting committee members’ cooperation and hard work. In order to make readers more fully understand the “Draft”, we have published this draft for your reference.
