罗国杰,1928年生,河南省内乡县人。现任中国人民大学副校长、教授、博士生导师,并兼任国务院学科评议委员会哲学学科评议组召集人、中国伦理学会会长、中国家庭教育学会付会长、全国教育工作协会常务理事、中国人民大学出版社社长、国家教委主办《高校理论战线》编辑委员会主任兼总编辑等职务。他是新中国伦理学事业的重要开拓者之一。1960年3月负责组建新中国第一个高等学校 Luo Guojie, born in 1928, Neixiang County, Henan Province. Currently, he is the vice president, professor and doctoral tutor of Renmin University of China.
