帕金森病作为一种常见的神经系统变性疾病,既往的临床与基础研究主要集中于其运动症状,然而非运动症状作为疾病表现的关键组成部分,越来越受到关注. 本文就帕金森病疲劳这一非运动症状的流行病学、发病机制、与其他症状的关系以及治疗的研究进展进行综述.
