教师是进一步提升中国外语教学水平的关键,教师需要不断进行职业发展,通过科研提高自身专业素质,国家也要求大学教师科研与教学并重。但是教师如何进行研究、如何处理教学与科研的关系以及在科研中遇到哪些问题,针对这些疑问的现状调查尚未展开。本研究以3名日语专业教师为对象,使用个人态度构造分析法(PAC分析法)调查其科研意识的形成与特点,希望研究结果能对构建日语教师教育方法论有所启示。
Teachers are the key to further enhance the level of foreign language teaching in China. Teachers need to continuously carry out career development and improve their professional qualities through scientific research. The state also requires that university teachers pay equal attention to both scientific research and teaching. However, how teachers conduct research, how to deal with the relationship between teaching and research as well as what problems they encountered in scientific research, the status quo investigation of these questions has not yet started. In this study, we investigated the formation and characteristics of scientific research using three Japanese professional teachers, using personal attitude tectonic analysis (PAC analysis), and hoped that the results of this study would enlighten the construction of Japanese teacher education methodology.
