本工作采用0.6M氯化钾溶液抽提核受体的方法,系统观察了65例从增殖期开始到早孕10周为止的正常内膜和蜕膜的孕酮核受体的变化;同时测定血清雌、孕激素和观察蜕膜的组织学变化。对10个有阴道出血的病例也作了以上三项指标的观察。结果表明:妊娠后蜕膜的孕酮受体主要分布在核内;在10周以前,孕酮核受体含量逐渐升高,与蜕膜发育呈正相关关系;孕酮受体主要受血清雌、孕激素的影响和调节。提示了从孕酮受体角度出发去寻找破坏蜕膜的方法,可能达到催经止孕的目的。
In this work, 0.6M potassium chloride solution was used to extract nuclear receptors, and the changes of progesterone receptor in normal endometrium and decidua were observed in 65 cases from the proliferative phase to the first trimester of pregnancy. Simultaneous determination of serum Estrogen, progesterone and observe the histological changes of decidua. On the 10 cases of vaginal bleeding also made the above three indicators of observation. The results showed that the progesterone receptors of decidua were mainly distributed in the nucleus after pregnancy. At 10 weeks ago, the content of progesterone receptor gradually increased, which was positively correlated with the development of decidua. The progesterone receptor was mainly affected by serum estradiol, Progestogen effects and regulation. Tip progesterone receptor from the perspective of looking for ways to destroy the decidua, may be achieved by the purpose of reminder by pregnancy only.
