OSA(开放业务体系结构)定义了一种3G领域的体系结构,这种体系结构将电信网络的能力开放出来,使得营运商和第三方业务开发方能够通过一个标准的OSAAPI(应用编程接口),使用电信网络的能力,灵活快捷的开发出新的电信增值业务。以前,由于软件开发人员对电信领域知识的匮乏,很难涉足电信业务的开发。OSA的出现,屏蔽了网络的复杂性,使得软件业进军电信领域成为可能。
OSA (Open Service Architecture) defines a 3G architecture that opens up the capabilities of telecommunications networks, enabling operators and third-party service developers to adopt a standard OSAAPI (Application Programming Interface). The ability to use telecommunication networks to develop new telecom value-added services flexibly and quickly. Previously, due to the lack of knowledge of the telecommunications field, software developers were hard to get involved in the development of telecommunication services. The emergence of OSA has shielded the complexity of the network and made it possible for the software industry to enter the telecommunication field.
