【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition intervention during clinical nursing and treatment of severe patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation. Methods 68 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage admitted from our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups， with an average of 34 cases. Patients in the control group were given parenteral nutrition support， and the patients in the observation group were given early enteral support. The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the control group was 29.41% higher than that in the observation group （8.82%）.
