为了提高课堂教学的实效性,促进教师专业化的发展,我校校本教研活动在如火如荼地进行。针对学生口算准确性低、口算速度慢等现象,在包段主任、组长和组内各位老师的研究下,我们二年级组数学确定了如何提高学生口算能力的主题式校本教研。我很幸运成为这次主题式教研活动的参与者、执教者,在这次以身示教中感受颇丰。每次的集体备课、每次的锤炼示范、每次的课后反思、每次的教案修改都让自己得到不同程度的提高!现在
In order to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and promote the professional development of teachers, our school-based teaching and research activities are in full swing. In view of the low accuracy of the students’ oral arithmetic and the slow calculation speed of the oral arithmetic, under the study of the package director, the team leader and the teachers in the group, the second grade group mathematics has determined the theme school-based teaching research on how to improve the student’s oral calculation ability.
