HIF-1α及EMT在不同分子亚型乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及上皮间质化(EMT)在不同分子亚型乳腺浸润性导管癌患者癌组织中的表达及意义。方法依照《St.Gallen共识》对123例非特殊型乳腺浸润性导管癌行分子分型,检测不同分子亚型乳腺癌组织中HIF-1α、E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)及波形蛋白(Vimentin)的表达。结果 HIF-1α及EMT在人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER2)过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌中的阳性表达率显著高于Luminal A型、Luminal B(HER2-)型及Luminal B(HER2+)型(P<0.05);HIF-1α表达与Luminal A型、HER2过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌相关(P<0.05),EMT与Luminal A型及三阴型乳腺癌相关(P<0.05);HIF-1α与EMT表达相关(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α及EMT可能与HER2过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌的浸润转移有关,对HIF-1α及EMT在该两型乳腺癌中的深入研究将对阐明浸润转移机制及寻找新的治疗靶点提供实验依据。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and epithelial-mesenchyme (EMT) in different molecular subtypes of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods According to “St.Gallen Consensus”, 123 cases of non-specific breast invasive ductal carcinomas were screened by molecular typing to detect the expression of HIF-1α, E-cadherin and vimentin in different molecular subtypes of breast cancer. (Vimentin) expression. Results The positive rates of HIF-1α and EMT in human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2) overexpression and triple-negative breast cancer were significantly higher than those in Luminal A, Luminal B (HER2-) and Luminal B HER2 +) (P <0.05). The expression of HIF-1α was correlated with Luminal A, HER2 overexpression and triple negative breast cancer (P <0.05), and EMT was correlated with Luminal A and triple negative breast cancer (P < 0.05). HIF-1α was correlated with EMT (P <0.05). Conclusions HIF-1α and EMT may be involved in the infiltration and metastasis of HER2 overexpression and triple-negative breast cancer. Further studies on HIF-1α and EMT in these two types of breast cancer will be useful in elucidating the mechanism of invasion and metastasis and finding new treatments Targets provide experimental evidence.
