目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为治疗组56例和对照组40例,治疗组采用在西医常规治疗的基础上加服宣肺补肾汤治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗。结果:临床疗效治疗组总有效率(96.4%)明显高于对照组(70.0%),差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗后周围血白细胞计数、嗜酸性粒细胞计数均明显下降(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后周围血白细胞计数和嗜酸性粒细胞计数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床效果好,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma. Methods: Ninety-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group (56 cases) and control group (40 cases). The treatment group was treated with Xuanfei Bushen Decoction on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. Results: The total effective rate (96.4%) in the clinical efficacy treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.0%), the difference was significant (P <0.05). Compared with those before treatment, the peripheral blood leukocyte count and eosinophil count decreased significantly in both groups after treatment (P <0.01). The peripheral blood leukocyte count and eosinophil count in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese children with bronchial asthma clinical effect, it is worth promoting.
