国土资厅函[2013]50号各省、自治区、直辖市国土资源主管部门、中国地质调查局:为做好全国重要矿产资源“三率”调查实地核查工作,保证“三率”调查数据真实可靠,根据《国土资源部关于开展重要矿产资源“三率”调查与评价工作的通知》(国土资发[2012]105号)的有关要求,现将有关事项通知如下:一、核查对象(一)所有大、中型矿山及选矿厂。(二)每个矿种小型及以下矿山、选矿厂实地核查比例不低于10%,并统筹兼顾国有和非国有、露天和地下开采。(三)初核发现数据填报质量较差的矿山。二、核查内容(一)原则上“三率”调查表中所有数据项均要进行实地核查,重点是以下数据项。1.储量情况。累计查明资源储量、
