在一些小型水库隧洞施工中,隧洞洞室小,无法采用机械施工,隧洞进出口洞段围岩属于Ⅳ~Ⅴ类围岩,围岩松散,稳定极差,易塌方,战线长。比如像广西省横县前进水库隧洞施工就遇到类似的问题。如何在确保施工安全的前提下,选定切实可行的施工方案。是摆在我们现场施工人员面前一道课题。经业主、设计、监理、施工方等参建单位技术人员前后探讨研究了几个施工方案,经详细讨论,最终选定管棚施工方案。现该项目已通过完工验收,实践证明该方案经济实用安全可行。
In some small reservoir tunnel construction, tunnel caverns are small and mechanical construction can not be adopted. The surrounding rock of the tunnel entrance and exit section belongs to Ⅳ ~ Ⅴ type of surrounding rock. The surrounding rock is loose with poor stability and easy collapse, and the battle line is long. For example, Qianxian Qianjin Reservoir in Guangxi Province encountered a similar problem. How to ensure the construction safety under the premise of selecting a practical construction program. Is posing in front of our site construction workers a topic. After the owners, designers, supervisors and construction parties, the technical staff of the participating units explored and studied several construction plans before and after the detailed discussion and finally selected the construction plan for the shed construction. Now the project has passed the completion inspection, the practice proved that the program economical and practical safe and feasible.
