目的 观察二参泽术汤对实验性小鼠肝纤维化防治的效果。 方法 采用四氯化碳结合苯巴比妥喂饲制备小鼠肝纤维化模型。于造模开始 (预防组 )及造模成功后 (治疗组 ) ,以二参泽术汤喂饲。实验中途及结束后 ,观察各组动物肝的光镜及超微结构改变。 结果 模型小鼠肝的组织学改变符合人的肝纤维化病变 ;用二参泽术汤治疗及预防的模型小鼠均未见明显病变。结论 四氯化碳结合苯巴比妥口服造成的肝纤维化模型具有周期短、效果确实、操作简便的优点 ;二参泽术汤对实验性肝纤维化有明显的防治效果
Objective To observe the effect of Ershen Zezhu Decoction on the prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis in experimental mice. Methods Hepatic fibrosis model was established by carbon tetrachloride and phenobarbital feeding. At the beginning of modeling (prevention group) and after the success of the model (treatment group), feeding was performed with Ersang Zeshu Decoction. After the experiment was completed and after the end of the experiment, the light and ultrastructural changes of the liver of each group were observed. Results The histological changes of livers in model mice were in line with the hepatic fibrotic lesions in humans; no obvious lesions were seen in the model mice treated and treated with Ershen Zezhu Decoction. Conclusion The model of hepatic fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride combined with phenobarbital has the advantages of short cycle, reliable results and easy operation. Ershenzeshu Decoction has obvious prevention and treatment effect on experimental hepatic fibrosis.
