目的:研究通脉络胶囊对实验动物的血栓形成作用,为临床用药提供依据。方法:建立兔颈总动脉-颈外静脉体外循环旁路,形成血小板血栓,来研究通脉络胶囊抗兔体内血栓形成的作用;用直流电连续刺激大鼠一侧颈动脉,制备老年血瘀模型,来研究通脉络胶囊抗老年大鼠体内血栓形成的作用。各实验均设四组动物:通脉络胶囊高、低剂量组、复方丹参片组、水对照组。结果:各实验中通脉络胶囊高、低剂量组与水对照组比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01);与复方丹参片组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:通脉络胶囊有显著的抗血栓形成作用,其作用远较复方丹参片强;第二种方法操作简单、可靠,对于药物的抗栓作用的研究更具有推广应用价值。
Objective: To study the thrombosis effect of Tongmailuo capsule on experimental animals and provide basis for clinical drug use. METHODS: Rabbit cardio-carotid external bypass bypass was established and platelet thrombosis was established to study the effect of Tongmailuo Capsule against thrombosis in rabbits. The rat carotid artery was continuously stimulated by direct current to prepare the aged blood stasis model. To study the effect of Tongmailuo capsule on thrombosis in aged rats. Four groups of animals were set up for each experiment: Tongmailuo capsule high- and low-dose group, compound Danshen tablet group, and water control group. RESULTS: There was a significant difference between the high and low doses of Tongmailuo capsule and the water control group in each experiment (P<0.01), and there was a significant difference between the compound Danshen tablet group and the compound Danshen tablet group (P<0.01). . Conclusion: Tongmailuo capsule has significant antithrombotic effect, and its effect is much stronger than that of compound Danshen tablet. The second method is simple and reliable, and has more popularization and application value for the study of antithrombotic effect of drugs.
