【智库观察】推动全面从严治党向基层延伸,不断增强基层党组织凝聚力、战斗力,是正在开展的“两学一做”学习教育的重要内容。成都作为第二批国家农村改革试验区,于今年3月1日出台了被称之为农村基层党建“18条”的《关于加强农村基层党的建设工作的实施意见》,新华网、中国日报网等对成都加强农村基层党建的这一创新举措进行了报道。
