为进一步认识肿瘤发生、消长与超微弱(UWL)发光的关系,我们对荷瘤(LSX)棵小鼠人肺癌转移瘤模型进行宿主整体及组织脏器超微弱发光及发光光谱特性进行了测量分析。给BALB/C/nu/nu裸小鼠接种从上海药物所引进的人肺磷癌移植瘤(LSX-83),用中国科学院生物物理所研制的JR-102晶溶发光剂量仪进行整体及组织器官发光强度及谱带分析。结果表明荷瘤裸鼠整体UWL强度与瘤体大小没有明确的依赖关
To further understand the relationship between tumorigenesis, tumor growth, and ultraweak luminescence (UWL), we measured and analyzed the ultraweak luminescence and luminescence spectra of host tissues and tissue organs in tumor-bearing (LSX) mouse lung cancer metastasis models. .
