动机是为实现一定目的而行动的原因,是激励人们去行动的内部力量和动因,而学习动机是直接推动学生学习的内部动力。学习动机并不是某种单一的结构,它由多种动力因素组成的整体系统,其中包括学习需要、学习自觉性、学习态度、学习兴趣等。本文依据Keller动机模式理论对民族院校学生英语学习动机进行了调查研究,目的是激发和提高民族院校学生学习英语的兴趣,为全面提高大学英语教学质量提供借鉴。
Motivation is the reason for action to achieve a certain purpose, is to motivate people to move internal forces and motivation, and learning motivation is to directly promote student learning internal motivation. Learning motivation is not a single structure, it consists of a variety of dynamic factors of the overall system, including learning needs, learning self-awareness, learning attitude, interest in learning. Based on Keller ’s motivation theory, this paper investigates the motivation of English learning in minority colleges and universities. The purpose of this article is to stimulate and enhance the interest of students in ethnological colleges in English learning so as to provide reference for improving the quality of college English teaching.
