利用粉煤灰与聚乙烯醇(PVA)制备复合调湿材料是对固体废弃物粉煤灰综合利用的一种新尝试。通过红外光谱选择粉煤灰表面改性的分散剂,并对分散剂进行定量;研磨改性粉煤灰浆料并与聚乙烯醇共混得到复合调湿材料,测其薄膜的吸湿性性能,分析了吸湿性能与不同相对湿度、吸附平衡及扩散等的可能机理。结果表明,粉煤灰/PVA复合薄膜材料的吸湿行为受相对湿度和薄膜厚度影响,相对湿度较大、薄膜较厚吸湿性越好。
The use of fly ash and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to prepare composite humidity control materials is a new attempt to comprehensive utilization of solid waste fly ash. The surface modified dispersant of fly ash was selected by infrared spectrum and the dispersant was quantified. The modified fly ash slurry was ground and blended with polyvinyl alcohol to obtain the composite humidity-controlling material, the hygroscopicity property of the film was measured, The possible mechanism of hygroscopicity with different relative humidity, adsorption equilibrium and diffusion were analyzed. The results show that the moisture absorption behavior of fly ash / PVA composite films is affected by the relative humidity and the film thickness. The larger the relative humidity is, the better the film is.
