(一)凡矿业经营暂行办法之应补充与说明事项,悉依本细则之规定。(二)凡取得中华人民共和国国籍之人民,得依照矿业经营办法,取得矿业经营权。(三)二人以上共同呈请设定矿业经营权时,应拟定本公司名称及其组织法,推定代表人,由全体合办人连署具呈:俟经营权设定后,为公司之登记。(四)依法取得矿业经营权之土地区域为矿区。
(1) Where any tentative measures for the operation of mining industry shall be supplemented and explained, it shall be subject to the provisions of these Detailed Rules. (2) People who acquire the nationality of the People’s Republic of China shall obtain the right to operate the mining industry in accordance with the mining operation measures. (III) In the joint petition of two or more persons, the name of the company and its organizational law shall be drawn up when setting the right of mining operation. The presiding representative shall be jointly executed and signed by all the joint sponsors: (1) Registration of the company upon establishment of the franchise. (4) The land area obtained by law according to law is the mining area.
