目的:探讨Th1型细胞因子IL-2和IFN-γ在自身免疫性卵巢功能早衰(POF)中的表达。方法:分别用猪卵透明带(PZP)抗原和PBS缓冲液注射免疫Balb/c小鼠,共免疫3次,每2W免疫1次,经过3次免疫后,观察各组卵巢组织病理形态,并测定各组IL-2和IFN-γ水平。结果:PZP免疫小鼠卵巢组织形态明显改变,且Th1性细胞因子IL-2和IFN-γ表达均明显高于对照组。结论:自身免疫性卵巢功能早衰与T细胞介导的Th1型免疫应答有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Th1 cytokines IL-2 and IFN-γ in autoimmune premature ovarian failure (POF). Methods: Balb / c mice were immunized with porcine zona pellucida (PZP) antigen and PBS buffer respectively. The mice were immunized three times for immunization once every 2 weeks. After 3 immunizations, the pathological changes of ovarian tissue in each group were observed The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in each group were determined. Results: The ovarian tissue of PZP immunized mice obviously changed in morphology, and the expression of Th1 cytokines IL-2 and IFN-γ were significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: The autoimmune premature ovarian failure is related to T cell mediated Th1 type immune response.
