今年年初,我们预测房地产市场将出现零增长或负增长,因为去年下半年,政府对房地产市场实行了严厉的宏观调控政策。但后来情况很快出现了变化。
Earlier this year, we forecast zero or negative growth in the real estate market because the government imposed a severe macro-control policy on the real estate market in the second half of last year. But things quickly changed.
