这段时间上市公司的投融资活动中,涉及自然人投资参股的案例多达8家。计有:原先以自然人股东为主的北京瑞斯康达公司成功吸引到重庆实业的增资、银河创新向法人以及自然人出让成都银晨网汛公司的股权、天大天财向自然人出让子公司天大天财宽带软件网络公司股权、聚友网络分别与三名自然人出资设立三家地区性公司、朝华科技与自然人共同组建注册资金达8000万元的有限责任公司、隆平高科吸收自然人共同出资设立湖南农威公司等。自然人不仅是经理、技术骨干,而且是股东、老板,会大大减少公司运营中出现失误的机会。
