目的:探讨灵芝洗胃干预对兔急性口服安眠药中毒的保护作用。方法:将40只健康家兔分为实验组和对照组(各20只),建立口服氯氮卓中毒模型后对照组用生理盐水1 000 ml灌胃,治疗组用灵芝煎剂1 000 ml洗胃,洗胃时间为6 d。结果:洗胃后实验组活动饮食行为评分都明显高于对照组,血浆总胆红素(STB)、直接胆红素(SDB)、总胆汁酸(BA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组高倍镜下见肝细胞形态不规则,低倍镜下见肝组织结构有明显破坏。治疗组高倍镜下见肝细胞形态基本正常,低倍镜下见肝组织结构清晰。结论:灵芝煎剂在兔口服安眠药急性中毒洗胃干预中的应用对兔肝细胞有明显保护作用,可改善兔的活动能力和增加食欲。
Objective: To investigate the protective effects of Ganoderma lucidum lavage on rabbits acute oral hypnotic poisoning. Methods: Forty healthy rabbits were divided into experimental group and control group (n = 20 each). The model of oral chloramphenicol poisoning was established and the control group was given gavage with 1 000 ml normal saline. The treatment group was treated with Ganoderma decoction 1 000 ml Stomach, gastric lavage time of 6 d. Results: After gastric lavage, the scores of activities in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group. The levels of total bilirubin (STB), direct bilirubin (SDB), total bile acid (BA), alanine aminotransferase ) And aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the control group, the morphology of hepatocytes was irregular under high magnification. The liver tissue structure was obviously damaged under low magnification. Treatment group under high power microscope see the normal morphology of liver cells, low magnification, see the liver tissue structure is clear. Conclusion: The application of Ganoderma Decoction decoction in rabbits oral administration of acute poisoning gastric lavage intervention significantly protective effect on rabbit liver cells can improve the activity of rabbits and increase appetite.
