<正> 一个时期以来,舆论监督已成为新闻界内外的一个热门话题。然而,作为一个通讯员,要想写成几篇有点分量的监督性新闻稿件,实在不易。前些年,由于法制很不健全,许多专门的监督管理部门没有建立起来,通讯员每写一篇监督性稿件,往往要经过被批评监督者所在单位或其上级领导机关审查签字后才能寄走,否则,要么不易被采用,要么需要再经过转去转来的核实,弄不好还会招来是非。
