今年,乡镇企业发展出现高速度趋向。对此,不少人津津乐道,以为必定无疑地是大好事。笔者却不以为然,和几年前人们对乡镇企业发展高速度提出异议一样,也想旧话重提,讲点“逆耳之言”。大力发展乡镇企业,这当然是有积极意义的。但是,就某一个地方来说,发展速度到底多快为宜,却是应该有差别的,实事求是地科学态度要求我们,能快则快,如果不能快就只能慢一些,切不可强行“超车”,那样,搞得不好就会“翻车”。我国大多数农村现阶段经济尚不发达,发展乡镇企业各方面的困难较多,尤其在地理、交通、能源、设备、技术、资金、原辅材料供给以及市场销路等
This year, the development of township and village enterprises has shown a trend of high speed. In this regard, many people relish, that is undoubtedly a good thing. However, the author disagreed with people’s objection to the rapid development of township and village enterprises several years ago. Of course, it is of positive significance to vigorously develop township and village enterprises. However, as far as a certain place is concerned, the speed of development should be as fast as possible. However, there should be differences. The scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts requires us that we can move faster and faster and we can only slow down if we can not move fast. “Then, if you do not do well, you will” roll over ". Most of the rural areas in our country are still underdeveloped at this stage of economic development. There are many difficulties in the development of township and village enterprises in all aspects, especially in the areas of geography, transportation, energy, equipment, technology, capital, raw material supply and market sales.
