Performance simulation of space-based coherent wind LIDAR system under various meteorological condit

A coherent detection Doppler wind lidar(CDWL)system simulation for both ground-based and space-based platforms is established in this study by using the PcModwin and BACKSCAT software to construct an atmospheric model in autumn and winter.Based on the light detection and ranging(LIDAR)equation,the balanced coherent detection prin-ciple,the error theory,and the calculation of signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),the truncation ratio and the single pulse energy under different conditions were optimized.Meanwhile,the wind speed error and the wind direction error of the space-based platform were determined.The simulation results indicate that at an orbit height of 400 km,with the pulse energy at 225 mJ,and the telescope aperture at 1 m,the space-based coherent wind LIDAR could detect the wind speed at the altitude of 0-5 km,and the maximum horizontal wind speed error was 3.7 m/s.

在IGZO型TFT-LCD器件阵列四次光刻工艺条件下,研究了薄膜晶体管图形设计对实做图形的影响,得到了不同沟道长设计、补偿设计对半色调掩膜光刻后沟道区域光刻胶图形拖尾、内缩、膜厚的影响趋势.实验测量结果表明,沟道长设计值L在3μm~10 μm时,L越大,光刻胶内缩量越大,拖尾量越小,沟道内光刻胶膜厚越小;L>10 μm时,光刻胶内缩量、拖尾量、膜厚趋于平稳.基于以上趋势,通过对沟道长设计优化和图形补偿设计,可有效改善光刻胶内缩和拖尾对实做沟道长宽比的影响,同时获得合适的沟道光刻胶膜厚.
提出利用DOE对激光进行调制,产生可控干涉条纹用于体全息光栅记录.并提出基于Gerchberg-Saxton(GS)算法的优化算法,改善了输出光场.仿真结果表明:优化后的DOE产生的条纹均匀性由80.15%提升至88.06%,条纹对比度由28.42提升至68.95,误差函数由8.26%降至5.24%.基于液晶空间光调制器进行了实验验证,实验结果表明文中算法得到的条纹对比度和条纹均匀性较GS算法得到了改善.提出的DOE优化设计方法增加了DOE在体全息光栅记录研究领域的实际应用性.
