目的 探索脐血移植术并发癫的原因。方法 复习文献并对本院 1例脐血移植术中并发癫进行分析。结果 本病例为环孢霉素中毒合并电解质紊乱所致。结论 癫是脐血移植术中的神经系统少见严重并发症 ,可能原因是环孢霉素中毒等。
Objective To explore the causes of cord blood transplantation complicated by epilepsy. Methods The literature was reviewed and 1 case of epilepsy complicated by cord blood transplantation in our hospital was analyzed. Results of this case of cyclosporine poisoning caused by electrolyte imbalance. Conclusion Epilepsy is a rare and serious complication of nervous system in cord blood transplantation. The possible cause is cyclosporine poisoning.
