1996年6月1日起实施的国家标准《出版物上数字用法的规定》(以下简称《标准》)“适用于各级新闻报刊、普及读物和专业性人文科学出版物”。该标准规定了出版物(公文等文件也不例外)在涉及数字(表示时间、长度、质量、面积、容积等量值和数字代码)时使用汉字和阿拉伯数字的体例。但不少报刊及公文等在使用上还是有错误或者不规范的地方。下面仅举公开出版的报刊实例说明写作者应该注意些什么。
The “National Standards on Digital Usage of Publications” (hereinafter referred to as the “Standard”), which is implemented since June 1, 1996, is applicable to all news media, popular reading materials and professional human science publications at all levels. The standard specifies the way in which publications (documents such as documents are not exceptions) use Chinese and Arabic numerals when referring to numbers (representing time, length, mass, area, volume, etc.). However, many newspapers and documents still use the wrong or irregular place. Let me give you an example of what writers should pay attention to in the light of published newspaper examples.
