目的观察表面肌电生物反馈对中央索综合征上肢功能的治疗作用。方法外伤所致的中央索综合征患者35例(手术治疗24例,保守治疗11例)随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均进行常规临床治疗和康复,观察组患者在此基础上给予表面肌电生物反馈治疗,所有患者均分别于治疗前和治疗后6周评定双上肢运动功能(MS)、改良巴氏指数(MBI)和双侧屈腕屈指肌群肌电积分值(IEMG)。结果经6周治疗后,两组患者双上肢MS、MBI、IEMG均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05);观察组患者双上肢MS、MBI、IEMG改善幅度均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论表面肌电生物反馈联合常规康复治疗可明显改善中央索综合征患者的上肢功能,是辅助治疗外伤性中央索综合征的重要康复手段。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of surface myoelectric biofeedback on upper extremity function of central cord syndrome. Methods 35 cases of central cord syndrome caused by trauma (24 cases of surgical treatment, 11 cases of conservative treatment) were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Both groups were given routine clinical treatment and rehabilitation. On the basis of this, All patients were given preoperative and post-treatment evaluation of double upper extremity motor function (MS), modified Barthel Index (MBI), and bilateral wrist flexor myoelectric integral (IEMG ). Results After 6 weeks of treatment, MS, MBI and IEMG in both upper extremities were significantly improved in both groups (all P <0.05). The improvement rates of MS, MBI and IEMG in both upper extremities in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group P <0.05). Conclusion Surface myoelectron biofeedback combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the upper limb function in patients with central cord syndrome and is an important rehabilitation method for adjuvant treatment of traumatic central cord syndrome.
