目的:探讨微米光配合中药内服治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:将106例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为治疗组56例和对照组50例两组。对照组:微米光治疗。治疗组:微米光治疗同时,第1天开始服中药完带汤加减,每天1剂,连用14天为一疗程。结果:微米光照射一疗程(10次)后伤口愈合者34例,与对照组比较差异有显著性。治愈率与对照组比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.01)。微米光照射可使女性局部干燥,组织再生能力增强,伤口愈合加快,疼痛减轻,复发率降低。结论:微米光配合中药内服治疗宫颈糜烂能加快创面愈合,缩短疗程,减少术后不良反应。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of micron light combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods: 106 cases of cervical erosion were randomly divided into treatment group 56 cases and control group 50 cases two groups. Control group: Micron light therapy. Treatment group: Micron light treatment at the same time, the first day of taking Chinese medicine finished with Decoction, day 1, once every 14 days for a course of treatment. Results: There were 34 cases of wound healing after a course of irradiation with micro-light (10 times), which was significantly different from the control group. The cure rate was also significantly different from the control group (P <0.01). Micron light irradiation can make local women dry, enhanced tissue regeneration, wound healing, reduce pain, reduce the recurrence rate. Conclusion: Micron light with oral administration of Chinese medicine for cervical erosion can speed up wound healing, shorten the course of treatment and reduce postoperative adverse reactions.
