Mikio Fukuzaki is a Japanese electronics distributor. Five years ago, with his savings, he founded Makoto Networks Ltd., designing, selling and manufacturing components for semiconductor manufacturing in Tokyo. With Japan’s rapid economic growth, Fukuzaki’s annual sales quickly reached 6 million U.S. dollars. However, with Japan’s economic downturn, Makoto’s situation worse and worse, with the decline in orders, the bank refused to help make it difficult for him to overcome the difficulties, Fukuzaki finally closed his company in May 1992.
