艺术馆的品牌建设,既是时代的需要,也是艺术馆管理转型的需要。如何从战略角度重视艺术馆建设,并通过品牌建设对艺术馆资源进行更有效的整合与配置,是北京韩美林艺术馆应该认真思考的重要课题。
