目的了解深圳市市售双壳贝类腹泻性贝类毒素的污染状况。方法于2013—2014年在深圳市农贸市场采集贝类,采用酶联免疫测定法对腹泻性贝类毒素含量进行分析,根据联合国粮农组织制订的贝类安全食用标准对贝类水产品的食用安全性进行评价。结果 186份样本均有感染腹泻性贝类毒素情况,最高值为52.19μg/100 g肉,最低值为2.91μg/100 g肉。腹泻性贝类毒素存在一定的季节分布特征,气温较高的5、7、8月含量高于气温较低的3、11月。结论深圳市市售贝类存在一定程度的腹泻性贝类毒素污染,应加强对贝类的监测和毒素危害的宣传,确保食用安全。
Objective To understand the pollution status of diarrhea shellfish toxins in bivalve molluscs in Shenzhen. Methods The shellfish samples were collected from Shenzhen Farmers Market in 2013-2014 and the diarrheal molluscicides content was analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). According to the safe food standards for shellfighting developed by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the food safety of shellfish products Sexual evaluation.
