有关梨属植物的器官重建已经有过不少报道。赵惠祥使梨茎尖培养成功,沈孝善用组织培养法在三个西洋梨的繁殖上获得成功。我们在砂梨(Pyrus Pyrifolia Nakai)及西洋梨与砂梨的杂交种等九个种类的梨上,微型繁殖均获得成功。现将结果简报于后。一、材料与方法 5月中旬取月(砂梨系统)、康德(西洋梨与砂梨杂交种)、开花梨等品种的当年生新梢,摘除叶片冲洗数次,用酒棉在表面擦一下,然后用0.1%的昇汞液消毒10分钟,以每个腋芽为单位,剪取1.5—2.0厘米的节段作外植体,分别培养在1/2MS基本培养基上,另加ZT2mg/L、BA5mg/L、GA2mg/L,以及0.5mg/L的NAA,碳源用普通白砂糖。有些节段接后3—5天培养基褐化,此时就转换一下相同成份的培养基。
