目的探讨理实一体化教学模式在健康评估教学中的应用效果。方法将健康评估中的胸部检查内容作为教学项目。选取我校2013级护理学专科4班为实验组,按照理实一体化教学模式进行教学设计和授课;2013级护理学专科1班为对照组,选用传统的教学方法(即先理论后实践)。授课结束后,采用理论考试、实践操作技能考试和调查问卷的方法对学生进行考核和调查,并对两组学生进行对比,分析两组学生的理论知识、实践操作技能的掌握情况以及学生各方面的能力(学习兴趣、操作能力、沟通能力、归纳能力、思考能力、团队协作能力)的改变情况。结果实验组学生的理论成绩、实践操作技能成绩及总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学生对本组教学模式持肯定态度的人数比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康评估教学采用理实一体化教学模式可以有效提高教学质量以及学生各方面的能力,优于传统教学方法,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching mode of physical and mental integration in the health assessment teaching. Methods The contents of chest examination in health assessment were used as teaching items. The fourth grade of nursing specialty 2013 was selected as the experimental group, and the teaching design and teaching were conducted according to the teaching model of realistic integration. The first grade of 2013 nursing specialty was the control group, and the traditional teaching method (ie, the theory-first practice) . After the end of the lecture, the students were assessed and investigated by theoretical tests, practical skills tests and questionnaires, and the two groups of students were compared to analyze the theoretical knowledge of the two groups of students, the mastery of practical skills and the students’ (Interest in learning, ability to operate, communication skills, inductive ability, thinking ability, teamwork ability) changes. Results The score of the students in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The percentage of the students in the experiment group who were positive about the teaching mode was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The health assessment teaching can effectively improve the quality of teaching and all aspects of students’ ability by using the mode of integrated teaching in an all-round way. It is superior to the traditional teaching methods and worthy of promotion.
