采用回流沉淀聚合法制备聚甲基丙烯酸-二乙烯苯微球,并考察了反应时间、固含量、交联剂含量、混合溶剂比等工艺条件对微球尺寸的影响.实验结果表明水凝胶微球的粒径和粒子粒径的均一性随着反应时间延长、固含量和交联剂含量的增加、混合溶剂比的增大而降低,甚至造成二次成核而破坏粒子的均一性.水凝胶微球对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附性能随着反应时间的增加,先增大,后趋于平稳;随着固含量的增加吸附性能先增加,当固含量超过8.0%时吸附性能开始下降;吸附性能随着混合溶剂比的增加而降低.
