我公司的离退办(居委会)工作和其他地区单位不同,实行以公司领导管理为主,地方政府和公司共管的原则。多年来,在公司领导的关怀下,公司投入了大量的人力,物力和财力,通过离退办(居委会)全体人员的积极努力,使我公司的离退办(居委会)工作克服重重困难,在地方政府,街道树立了良好形象,并为公司后方的稳定及公司和谐发展做出了积极贡献。但是随着形式的发展,离退休职工,社区居民要求的不断提高,使我们工作面临新形势提出新的更高的要求。本文就此进行初步探讨。由于本人水平有限,错误或不足之处,恳请评委批评指正。
