In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National Conference on Rural Health Work and respond to the call of the Party’s 16th National Congress to build a well-off society in an all-round way, the new goal of building a high-quality rural health team in the new period was completed on schedule and a new rural health work was created. In the situation, the Ministry of Health held a seminar on the training of rural health workers across the country from December 24 to 26, 2002 in Jinan City, Shandong Province.
