技术改造是企业走向内涵为主的,扩大再生产适应市场经济要求、调整产业结构、提高生产装备水平和新工艺水平、提高产业质量和经济效益的有效手段之一。我们要想提高企业的生产效率和经济效益,就必须尽可能的依靠科学进步,采用新技术、新工艺、新材料。本着少投入,多技改的原则,加大更新改造的力度,不断提高科学技术成果的转化率。依靠科技,保证企业在市场中的竞争能力。作为我们技改净水生产厂,设备的技术改造更是重中之重。然而技术改造又不是朝夕之间就能完成的,这就要求我们必须有计划、有约束的进行设备改造工程。该淘汰的设备必须淘汰,规程规定需要实现的必须实现,近期无法实现的也要有原因、有计划,要对设备技改项目进行系统管理。 Technological transformation is one of the most effective measures to increase industrial quality and economic benefits by focusing on the connotation of enterprises, expanding reproduction to adapt to market economy requirements, adjusting industrial structure, raising the level of production equipment and new technological level, and improving industrial quality and economic efficiency. In line with the principle of less investment and more technological transformation, we should increase the intensity of renovation and improvement so as to continuously improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements. Rely on science and technology, to ensure that enterprises in the market competitiveness. As our technical innovation water purification plant, equipment, technological transformation is the most important. However, technological transformation is not done overnight, which requires that we must carry out equipment reconstruction projects in a planned and constrained manner. The out of the equipment must be eliminated, the rules need to be achieved must be achieved, the recent unachievable reasons, there are plans to carry out systematic management of equipment technological transformation projects.
