线束端接非线性负载精简计算模型

为实现大线束长电缆端接非线性负载高效分析,将等效电缆束法(equivalent cable bundle method,ECBM)与高效的通用电路模拟软件SPICE(simulation program with integrated circuit emphasis)模型方法相结合,提出了更为精简的SPICE模型。通过调整等效步骤,发展ECBM,提出了非线性负载的精简方法;采用该模型对长度为2 m的4芯电缆束的电磁脉冲(electromagnetic pulse,EMP)耦合进行了分析。结果表明:该模型分析时,精度可靠,结果一致性较好,对线性负载的分析时间减少了0.64 s,对非线性负载T15KE39CA的分析时间减少了0.98 s,对非线性负载B32K130的分析时间减少了1.23 s,精简效益均在60%以上。这些结果对于研究端接非线性负载的大线束长电缆EMP响应规律具有指导意义。 In order to efficiently analyze the non-linear load of large cable length cable termination, the equivalent cable bundle method (ECBM) is combined with a highly efficient simulation program with integrated circuit emphasis (SPICE) model method A more streamlined SPICE model. By adjusting the equivalent steps and developing the ECBM, a simplified method of nonlinear load is proposed. The model is used to analyze the electromagnetic pulse (EMP) coupling of a 4-core cable bundle with a length of 2 m. The results show that the model is reliable and the results are consistent. The analysis time for linear load is reduced by 0.64 s, the analysis time for nonlinear load T15KE39CA is reduced by 0.98 s, and the analysis time for non-linear load B32K130 is reduced 1.23 s, streamlining benefits are more than 60%. These results are instructive for studying the EMP response law of the large cable length terminated cable with non-linear load.
