清河水库土坝沉降观测是从1960年8月开始的，由于观测仪器、观测方法、工作基点的精度不够等原因使沉降观测资料精度不够，后经过整改，采用时间过程统计分析、空间分布统计分析、裂缝分析，使得坝体沉沉降趋于稳定，内部不会产生裂缝，运行是安全的。
The settlement of Qinghe Reservoir earth dam has started from August, 1960. The accuracy of settlement observation data is not enough because of the lack of accuracy of observing instruments, observation methods and working point. After rectification, the statistical analysis of time course, the statistical analysis of spatial distribution , Crack analysis, making the settlement tends to stabilize the dam, the internal will not produce cracks, the operation is safe.
