目的了解青岛市海产品中副溶血性弧菌(vibrio parahemolyticus,VP)污染状况,为VP食源性疾病防控和预警提供依据。方法 2012年4~11月间采用GB/T 4789.7-2008《食品卫生微生物学检验副溶血性弧菌检验》方法,对青岛市农贸市场和超级卖场两个采样区共采集152份样品进行定性检测。结果 152份样品中共检出含VP的样品31份,总体检出率为20.39%,各类海产品中VP检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.010,P>0.05),两种类型采样区检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.823,P>0.05),7~9月与其它月份的样品VP检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.717,P>0.05)。结论 VP食物中毒的防控应采取持续的措施。
Objective To understand the contamination status of vibrio parahemolyticus (VP) in seafood in Qingdao, and to provide evidence for the prevention and early warning of VP foodborne diseases. Methods From April to November 2012, 152 samples were collected from two sample areas of Qingdao Farmer’s Market and Supermarket to carry out the qualitative test using the method of GB / T 4789.7-2008 “Microbiological examination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus” . Results A total of 31 samples with VP were detected in 152 samples, with an overall detection rate of 20.39%. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of VP among all kinds of seafood (χ2 = 1.010, P> 0.05). Two types of sampling (Χ2 = 0.823, P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the detection rate of VP between July and September (χ2 = 0.717, P> 0.05). Conclusion The prevention and control of VP food poisoning should take continuous measures.
