目的 :研究促细胞代谢素注射液的促进细胞呼吸和促进脂肪细胞对葡萄糖摄取的生物活性。方法 :“促细胞代谢素注射液”促进细胞呼吸试验采用微量呼吸减压法进行 ,促进脂肪细胞对葡萄糖摄取试验采用3 H法进行 ,并与进口爱维治进行比较。结果 :促细胞代谢素注射液具有刺激豚鼠肝匀浆线粒体的呼吸活性 ,呼吸活力QO2 >4 0 μlO2 (mg·h) ,刺激指数SI >2 5 ;促细胞代谢素注射液具有促进大鼠脂肪细胞摄取3 H标记的葡萄糖的生物活性 ,刺激指数 μ >2 0。 结论 :促细胞代谢素注射液具有促进细胞呼吸和促进脂肪细胞对葡萄糖摄取的生物活性 ,且此生物活性与爱维治无显著差异
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of cetuximab injection on cellular respiration and the biological activity of adipocytes on glucose uptake. Methods: “Cytokines injection” to promote cell respiration test using micro-respiratory decompression method to promote fat cells on glucose uptake test by 3H method, and compared with the import of love. Results: The CTC injection stimulated the mitochondria respiratory activity of guinea pig liver homogenate. The respiratory activity QO2> 40 μ l O2 (mg · h), stimulation index SI> 25. Cell uptake of 3 H-labeled glucose biological activity, stimulation index μ> 20. CONCLUSION: CTC can promote cellular respiration and promote the biological activity of adipocyte uptake of glucose, and this biological activity has no significant difference with that of AVE
