为减少旋转电弧角焊缝缺陷,提高工件焊接质量,采用基于minitab的田口方法设计焊接正交试验方案,以数理统计原理分析各焊接工艺参数对角焊缝质量影响程度及其交互作用,为后续焊接工艺和熔池研究提供优化工艺参数。优化结果:焊接电压24 V、焊接电流150 A、焊接速度30 cm/min、电弧旋转频率16.5 Hz、干伸长10 mm、气体流量15 L/min为最佳参数组合,且在各个焊接参数中干伸长对焊缝成形质量的影响最显著。利用优化后的工艺参数进行试验,可获得质量良好的角焊缝,满足工件使用要求。结果表明,该方法可为合理选择焊接工艺参数和保证焊接质量提供参考依据。
In order to reduce the defect of the rotary arc fillet weld and improve the welding quality of the workpiece, a Taguchi method based on minitab was used to design the welding orthogonal test scheme.
