丹参对原位热缺血肾功能及其超微结构均有一定的保护作用,本实验通过丹参、肌苷对兔肾动脉血流量及腹主动脉压影响的对照观察,以探讨丹参在保护缺血肾时血液动力学方面的作用。一.材料与方法:健康成年兔41只,麻醉和肝素抗凝后,经腹显露左肾血管,用日本产MFV—2100型电磁血流量仪,连续显示并记录左肾动脉血流量(ml/min)30分钟,其平均值为基础血流量值。同时经右股动脉插管至腹主动脉监测并记录动脉血压(mmHg)30分钟,取其均值为平均主动脉压。上述家兔随机分3组,分别由外周静脉注入丹参注射液(2g/Kg,n=15)、肌苷注射液(150mg/
