在松江大学城随机抽取200名大学生头发样品,采用微波消解法溶解发样,并用原子吸收分光光度法测定处理液中Mn,Fe,Zn,Cu,Pb含量。结果显示,所测元素含量与文献值基本相符,方法所得回收率在93.70%~104.8%之间,结果较为满意。通过对数据的分析研究,对大学生的营养状况进行了初步评估,并简单分析了导致微量元素偏离的可能原因。
Hair samples of 200 college students were randomly selected from Songjiang University City. Hair samples were dissolved by microwave digestion and the contents of Mn, Fe, Zn, Cu and Pb in the treatment solution were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results show that the content of the measured element is basically consistent with the literature value, the recovery rate of the method is between 93.70% ~ 104.8%, the result is more satisfactory. Through the analysis of the data, the nutritional status of undergraduates was preliminarily evaluated and the possible causes of trace element deviation were briefly analyzed.
