为解决大量存在于刮板输送机中部槽的中板位置尺寸不合格、挡板槽帮与铲板槽帮端面错位等严重影响刮板输送机质量的问题,设计了中部槽焊接组对工装。通过实际制造和使用证明,此组焊工装能大幅提高刮板输送机中部槽的组对精度和组对效率,为提高刮板输送机的可靠性和使用寿命提供了保障。
