根据《国家计委、建设部关于规范住房交易手续费有关问题的通知》(计价格[2002]121号文)的精神,广东决定规范房地产交易手续费。一、房地产交易手续费(按建筑面积收取)收费标准为:新建商品房每平方米3元,经济适用住房减半计收,手续费由转让方承担;存量住房(二手房)和住房以外的房地产交易手续费为每平方米6元,由交易双方各承担50%。二、房屋租赁手续费按套收取,收费标准为每套80元,由出租人承担。三、房地产交易手续费属经营服务性收费,应坚持公开、公平、质价相符的原则,由经批准建立的房地产交易中心提供交易服务,办理交易手续时收取。
