龙的原形体现了中华民族对龙的崇拜,而龙崇拜的内涵源于对自然规律的敬畏、对民族自身奋起的向往。这是龙的精神之所在,也是中华民族与华夏文化主体精神的本质,与《周易》取龙为象所阐述的“与时偕行”的哲学思想可谓相得益彰。
